Do you have a shop front?

Equine Plus Supplies is online only, this allows us to keep our overheads low and our prices fair.

Do you have a click and collect option?

Yes, buyers are welcome to click and collect although they will need to contact us to arrange a suitable time. Click and Collects are only available from Monday to Friday is business hours.

How fast do orders ship?

If the product is in stock it will be shipped the same day if ordered before midday. If the product isn’t in stock  it will be shipped within 48hours of the purchase. If for some reason the product isn’t in stock or on back order a full refund or store credit will be offered to the customer.

Do you accept Returns or exchanges?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on the basis of change of mind, if the product doesn’t fit or doesn’t work, we will happily exchange it for the correct item
