This product is a palatable diuretic that increases the volume of urine excreted and also a urinary alkaliser that changes urine from acid to neutral. Therefore, it assists in the treatment and prevention of dehydration, acidosis (poisoning by acids formed within the body) and "tying up" in horses and greyhounds.
